    BAL 19343, binding B. On the verso of the title pages: the imprint of Geo. C. Rand Co. is added.

    A statement such as "Tenth Thousand" etc., on the title pages, has been neatly erased from each volume. BAL states that the second and all later printings had "thousand" slugs on the title pages.
