    Wright I, 1800: "Saratoga County, N.Y.; contemporary." Not in Wegelin, Early American Fiction. S & S 12985. S & S and Wright together locate four copies. A popular epistolary novel comprising 30 letters, set around Saratoga Springs and in Marcellus, near Syracuse. Mrs. Manvill's only novel, reprinted at least seven times before 1840.
