Offering primary source material in History, Reform, Literature, Science, and Medicine, with specialties including African-American, Women, Judaica, Mormon, Education and Western.
With a smattering of 18th-19th Century English, European & Russian Books.

M & S Press, Inc. was established in 1969 to publish important books in early American intellectual and social history long out-of-print and very difficult to find in the antiquarian book market.

Feel free to browse our collection. If you don't see the books you want in our online inventory, please let us know your specific wants. Only a small portion of our stock is online, and the majority of our sales (and most of our best books) are sold by catalogue or private quote.

Catalogs:
Printed Catalogues, representing many of our newer and better items, are issued approximately twice a year. Between our founding in the Spring of 1969 and the Spring of 2008 we will have issued 84 catalogues, each containing about 500 annotated items.
