Not in the Imprints Survey or Sabin. NUC records DLC only, attributing place of publication. With an ink presentation inscription from the author. As attorney Haines had acted on behalf of parents retrieving their under age sons from the army at Fort McClary. Haines assails Walbach for acting improperly in requiring a substitute and payment of money for the soldiers' release, for circulating slanders which prevented Haines from obtaining a commission, and for being a foreigner serving British interests in 1808-10.
