"Most famous American oration of the nineteenth century, presenting the doctrine of a Union paramount and indissoluble." --Howes. "Second Speech of Mr. Webster/ on Mr. Foote's Resolution./ In Senate--Jan. 26, 1830."

At end of last column on recto: "(Speech to be continued.)" Text ends on p. 37 of our 1830 pamphlet edition of 76 pages: "--No more of the tariff." Whether part two of this Supplement ever appeared is problematic; Imprints does not record it.
